A First Year Anniversary Poem

Like fine wine you are
You raise the bar
With you is where I love to be
You are who I long for me
Without you, I would feel empty
A void, a space, a place where the blind can see
A non existent place an impossible place
A space where time knows me all too well
Ya know time passes slowly when you're not having fun
And without you, fun and love would not run
Side by side that is...in you I find it all in one
And bottled up inside of us is a bundle of love and joy
Sailing a top our seas are respect peace and liberty, A hoy!
In your arms I am protected!
No boundaries crossed, you will always be respected.
Soon we shall travel the borders alike the sail and sea
But for our 1st year I give you this poem and happy anniversary!

Poetic Nature

What is this hate inside of my heart ?
This disdain for my counterpart
 if you are not for me you are against me
So where does that leave me?
It leaves me destitute from the likes of everyone
I thought I was lovable that one
How conceited of me to think that everyone will like me
Hell if everyone likes me then I'm lying to someone
But who am I lying to me or them
I think it is I that I am lying to
Being out of integrity with self makes me blue
But holding on to something is such an illusion
Like time is of the essence, such confusion
when it doesn’t exist
I hold on to your essence with an iron fist
The essence that I wish noticed me
Instead of embracing the essence that I am
Which is the God in me
Who am I to lower myself to the likes of another human being
For I am a Goddess that is a triune being
A being of love, joy and peace
Of honor, truth, and loyalty
Loyalty to the God in me
Loyalty to the nature in me
Loving to everyone around me
But not a doormat to everyone that resounds me
Understanding that God is also in that human being that doesn't seem like me
I humble myself to innerstand
I am just what I am
And I can only hope you can appreciate what I bring to the altar
Because the God in me knows no shame or blasphemy for me by me
But I do hold on tight to my soul's destiny
Purging negativity through this poetry,
embracing this relative truth until I reach the ALL knowing
