***Minimum booking requirements: Must make a deposit for a minimum of 4 people to book a party unless otherwise discussed.
***Credit Card reservation is required upon booking. You WILL NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking. Credit card payment for the actual party will use a separate payment option. This reservation will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated.
***Must book at least 7 days in advance. Please contact us for availability.
***Parties of more than 20 people are eligible for large party savings and a deposit of at least half must be paid unless otherwise discussed (see below).
***Parties of more than 20 people that request individual payment options, are not required to make deposit of 50% if guests make payments by the requested due date. If pre-counted guests fail to make payment, credit card payments are accepted the day of, but first come first serve until additional supplies are no longer available. Please keep in mind that additional supplies are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
**********Group Booking **************Must book for a minimum of 4 people at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed. If booking an event of more than 20 people a deposit of at least half must be paid and is refundable upon the arrival of estimated guest count. See below for individual payment options. Please contact us for deposit details. If guest count changes during payment plan we may re-adjust. All parties booked more than 30days in advance and cancelled less than 30days in advance forfeit all money paid prior to cancellation. If booking is within 14days cancellation time frame is outside of 7days. Emergency situations are taken into consideration at Painting in Spirit's discretion. *all food must be paid for in advance. Payment options available but must be paid in full before event date.
*********Individual Booking *************Individuals who are apart of a group payment plan and would like to have the option to pay on their own must book directly through website and choose the name of the party or request a Paypal invoice via [email protected]. All money paid by individuals are non-refundable.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your service.
